Description

Foxgloves are the quintessential English cottage garden plant. Most are biennials or short-lived perennials that self-sow like crazy and grow happily in any reasonably fertile soil in sun or shade. Deer and rabbit resistant. 

Rusty foxglove is a biennial beauty with lustrous green foliage and tall spikes of magenta-yellow-orange flowers. Our mother plants exhibited peloric flowers, an uncommon but beautiful aberration. See images 4-6.
