Pawpaws are one of America’s best-kept secrets. They’re the largest native fruit, and they taste like a mix between mangoes and bananas. The fruit has a delightfully custardy texture, too! For those in the know, pawpaws have built up quite the reputation – there’s even an entire festival centered around them!

Grow your own piece of American heritage with a patch of pawpaw trees. For best results, we recommend planting a few of them together. Unlike most other fruit trees, pawpaws prefer a slightly shaded location outdoors.
