Description
Leucophyllum pruinosum has gun-metal grey foliage in sort of a deltoid shape. This selection is fast growing, and somewhat lanky looking when it is immature, but fills out nicely to form a large, full shrub up to 6ft. high and wide. The flowers are medium-sized and dark purple in color, but they are intoxicatingly fragrant. Some declare the fragrance is similar to grape bubblegum. Heat-tolerant. Pollinators are drawn to these plants.
