Its pointed leaves emerge in a striking chartreuse-yellow with bluish-green edges — a luminous combination that brightens shaded borders, woodland gardens, and containers. Pale lavender bell-shaped blooms rise on 20″ stalks in summer, attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. Slug resistant and tolerant of deer, drought, boggy conditions, and clay soils.
