Description

The End Bow Wirelock for Polycarbonate is the aluminum extrusion that ties a rigid end wall to a poly film roof along the curved end bow. It caps the top edge of your polycarbonate end-wall panels and gives you a wirelock channel for the roof film over the same arch, so the seam where the two coverings meet comes together cleanly. The corrosion-resistant aluminum profile bends to follow the bow, down to roughly a 2-foot radius, where a straight base would kink.

This greenhouse end wall extrusion takes standard wiggle (zigzag) spring wire, the same wire you run on a regular wirelock base, and mounts to the arch with self-tapping screws spaced about every 12 inches. Choose the 6-foot length for smaller jobs and repairs, or the 12-foot length to cover more arch with fewer seams. It is built for greenhouse and high tunnel builders installing hard polycarbonate end walls under a flexible poly roof.

The End Bow Wirelock for Polycarbonate handles the transition on a greenhouse end wall: it covers the top edge of your polycarbonate panels along the end bow while giving you a wirelock channel for the roof film over the same arch. One aluminum extrusion does both jobs, so the curved seam where the hard end wall meets the poly roof comes together cleanly.

The profile bends to follow the arch, down to roughly a 2-foot radius, which is why it works on curved high tunnel and greenhouse end bows where a straight base would kink. It accepts standard spring wire, so if you already run wiggle wire on the rest of the structure, nothing changes here.

Available Lengths

Length Shipping
6 ft Ships by standard parcel
12 ft Freight or pickup only

The 6-foot length keeps shipping simple for smaller jobs and repairs. The 12-foot length covers more arch per piece with fewer seams, so it ships truck freight or by pickup.
